When the name of a pura translates to "Garden Temple in the Water" you know we are talking about something both mystical and peaceful. The Taman Ayun temple itself sprouts a very sophisticated architectural design compared to other temples in Bali, but its peculiarity is that it is completely surrounded by extensive garden landscapes filled with lotus and fish ponds.
Taman Ayun was built in the beginning as the family temple of an important royal house in the region. The king at the time, with the help of a famous architect coming directly from China, designed and built the pura based on an old legend called Adhiparwa. In the legend, Mahameru Mountain was floating in the middle of a Sea of milk, and the king decided he wanted the same. It worked: in Taman Ayun you will be walking in a holy garden surrounded by water.
This bracelet honors the "Taman Ayun" temple, and we were inspired by its peacefulness and calm waters. Rose, cerulean, and mother of pearl adorn this spiritual and elegant bracelet.
